Cigi Sparks
President
My name is Cigi, and I serve as the current president of the Hickory-Morganton alumnae chapter. I've held this position since 2018, aside from one year where I took a step back to serve the chapter as vice president programming. I also serve the Delta Omicron chapter as Programming Advisor. I choose to be involved in ZTA because of the lifelong friendships I've made, the leadership and growth opportunities, and the opportunity to mentor younger sisters.
Elizabeth Willis
Vice President Programming
My name is Elizabeth, and I am the VP Programming! I was in the Delta Omicron chapter at Lenoir-Rhyne University and just graduated in May 2025. I am a double legacy in ZTA, as my mom and aunt are both Zetas from LR! In Delta Omicron I served as VP Recruitment, VP Programming, and President. I also served as Panhellenic President and President of Order of Omega on campus. I'm so excited to start my journey in the alumnae world!

VP Finance
I'm Shalee, the Hickory-Morganton Alumnae Chapter's current VP Finance. I have served in this role for 3 years now and could not love it more! My ZTA journey started with the Delta Omicron chapter at Lenoir-Rhyne University, where I served as the VP Finance and President. Since graduating in 2020, I have maintained active involvement in ZTA through our local alumnae chapter and have served in two advisory roles for Delta Omicron, formerly as the Learning & Development Advisor and currently as their General Advisor. I love being able to give back to the organization that gave me everything and am grateful for the opportunities ZTA still provides!
Maddy Wilson
Vice President Communications
My name is Maddy and I am serving as VP Communications! This is my third year on EC, prior to this I traveled for ZTA as a '22-'23 Leadership Consultant. I am an alumna of the Delta Omicron chapter and was initiated in Fall 2018. Outside of our chapter, I also serve the Fraternity as Learning & Development Advisor for Lambda Kappa, Campus Relations Advisor for Lambda Lambda, and as an ASTP/Healthy Belonging Program Facilitator.
Aliah Garcia
Vice President Philanthropy
I'm Aliah Gracia, a proud alumna of the Delta Omicron chapter who was initiated in Spring 2022. During my time at LR, I held multiple leadership roles most notably as Director of Think Pink & Philanthropy, where I led the launch of the signature Think Pink candle sale with Carolina Crafted which has now become a proud tradition! I also served as Judicial Chair, Mixer Chair, Formal Events Chair, Crown Captain, and Assistant to our Recruitment Chairs. Through ZTA, I've honed leadership and interpersonal skills that I carry into my next chapter and I'm so grateful for the experience!
Bailey Beam

My name is Bailey Beam and I am so excited to serve you for a second year as the VP Membership. I am entering my 10th year as a sister of ZTA. Ten years ago I was initiated into the Delta Omicron chapter at Lenoir-Rhyne University. During my time as a collegian I was honored to serve as Secretary, Ritual Chair, Judicial Chair, and Big Man on Campus Chair. I've continued volunteering as an alumnae in the Hickory-Morganton Chapter as Historian, VP Philanthropy, and now VP Membership as well as serving as Member Experience Advisor for Delta Omicron. I am blessed to be part of such a wonderful sisterhood and look forward to another year ahead!

I'm Jesse and I currently serve the chapter as the Service Chair! I am an initiate of the Lambda Kappa chapter and graduated in 2024. I also served in the Winston-Salem Alumnae Chapter as the Alumnae-Collegiate Relations Chair.
